The Anchor Inn has three newly converted, tastefully furnished, double bedrooms (not twins) with en suite shower rooms. All are equipped with flat screen, Freeview digital televisions, iron and board, hair dryer, toaster, fridge, complimentary mineral water, tea and coffee making facilities.
The pub has free Wi-Fi throughout.
The Anchor Inn is open for food and drink 7 days a week. You can choose from our 3 course menu in the restaurant or the pub menu in either of our homely, welcoming bars.
We are situated just over 2 miles from the attractive historic market town of Thornbury, a short drive into Bristol and within easy reach of the M5, M4, M48 and the Almondsbury interchange junction.
The accommodation is particularly convenient for the business person visiting AirBus, Rolls Royce, the Ministry of Defence, GKN, Aztec west business Park and Oldbury Power Station.
If you are travelling alone, our standard double rooms are available at a reduced single occupancy rate.
Terms and Conditions
All rooms are non-smoking.
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the standard rate and are effective until 31st August 2017.
We reserve right to withdraw this tariff without notice.
Pets are not allowed in the bedrooms but are welcome in the public bar and gardens.
Cancellations and prepayment
No pre-payment needed, pay at property.
If cancelled or modified up to 18.00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of a no show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.
No deposit will be charged.
We do not offer refunds on room bookings

Oldbury on Severn is an ancient salmon fishing village and the rooms are named after nearby traditional salmon fishing stands.
